The TIFs Resilience Club

Supporting parents and professionals to gain knowledge, skills and techniques to develop emotional regulation (for children and adults) and how to support this in each other.

We know parenting isn’t always easy. We have listened to parents and professionals about the type of support they feel would benefit them the most.

Being able to keep calm when confronted with negative emotional behaviour was at the top of the list. We have devised a club that will support coping with challenging situations. Our monthly sessions will offer:

  • Monthly workshop
  • Specialist guest speaker
  • Emotional resilience activities to build confidence and to encourage a positive mindset
  • Online community
  • Focus groups
  • Support

Our club helps parents and professionals who want to develop transferable emotional resilience skills and techniques to support children, families, friends and work colleagues.

Monthly membership of £20 for a minimum of 3 months

One off access is £25. Please note not all resources will be available.
